Travel and hotels

The organiser of PLME-Dubai, in association with Becker Travel, can provide you with travel and hotel booking services at highly competitive rates.

Transportation of exhibits

OFFICIAL FREIGHT SHIPPING CONTRACTOR
Exhibitors can use any contractor they choose to ship their exhibits to the Dubai World Trade Centre. However, the organisers have appointed official sea freight and airfreight forwarders throughout the world. Airlink can provide you with details of your country's airfreight forwarder (see below).

DUBAI CARGO AGENTS
The same company (Airlink) is the official cargo agent and they will be responsible for temporary importation of all goods, via seaport or airport, customs clearance, delivery to exhibitors' stands, storage of crates and boxes, return of the same, and re-export (if required).
